Hi, I’m Matt Ryder. Most people call me Manager Matt.

I've been working the adult industry since 2011 performing as male talent, advising on image, creating amazing photos and videos, and helping friends and clients drive their careers forward on their own terms. I consult on anti-discrimination and harassment, advise on contract law, and teach classes on sexual wellness, safety and consent.

Image & Brand Consulting

You have heard the phrase 'dress for the job you want, not the one you have'. This is just as important with social media because the image you present online is what directors think of when casting you for their scenes. I can help you create your image to attract the types of work you want.

Discrimination & Contract Consulting

Before adult, I specialized in anti-discrimination and harassment consulting for large corporations. My background with fair employment practices and EEOC guidelines, as well as contract law, allows me to help determine if contracts and offers presented to you are fair and/or legally binding.

Photography & Videography

I take quality photos in a studio but what I really love is finding great locations and taking glamorous and interesting photo sets that stand out from the norm. When it comes to video, I run multiple cameras in 4k and am skilled at editing it all together into an amazing final cut.

Sexual Education & Consent Awareness

I got started in adult due to my outreach activities for sexual health and active consent. I still teach classes in the U.S. and abroad on active consent, polyamory & open relationships, STI awareness & prevention, and as well as more sex/kink driven topics like anal play, floggers & paddles, etc.
